Gurumandira Samithy introduces a new plan in order to promote the conventional life style and self reliance among children. The new generation should be deliberately taught the values of rural life related to indigenous agricultural practices. As part of the plan the samithy selected 4 students from the Govt. schools at Kariyavattom, Kazhakkootam, Sreekariyam and Kulathoor and they will be given a calf each and Rs.1000/- to meet the initial expenses.

From the next year onwards the expenditure of the “Sreenarayana Ksheera Mythree Padhathi”to two students will be met from the contribution submitted in commemoration of Sri. A.Sadasivan the former ‘Karshakasreeman’ of Sreekariyam Panchayath and former President of the Samithy. His family members contributed Rs.25000/- for this purpose.
